Intuitive Life Designer® Coach Certification (ILDC) is a soul-centered coaching certification with core competencies and a framework derived from the International Coaching Federation for awakening left-brain individuals, corporate leaders knowing there’s more, coaches, healers, and spiritual seekers who want to build a practice grounded in both proven methodology and deep inner wisdom.

In Cohort 14, you’ll receive full training in this methodology, so you can help your clients stop second-guessing themselves and start recognizing exactly how their inner guidance speaks, through sensation, imagery, inner knowing, and their own unique intuitive voice.

Phase 1: Foundations of Coaching Mastery

About Julie Reisler
I became a coach 15 years ago because I was lost.
I had the resume, the relationships, the external markers of a life going well. And underneath all of it, I had no idea how to hear myself. No idea how to trust what I actually knew.
What changed everything wasn’t more information. It was learning to listen differently and trust myself. I worked with a coach who changed my life, and here we are.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years combining the science of transformation with the wisdom of intuition: earning a Master’s in coaching, becoming faculty at Georgetown University, training in HeartMath and Positive Neuroplasticity, and developing three original frameworks, the SACRED Coach Approach™, INTUITION framework, and Intuition Language™, that are now being taught to coaches, seekers, and leaders around the world.
I’m a two-time TEDx speaker, the author of Get a PhD in YOU, the host of The You-est You® Podcast (Top 0.5% with 4.5 million downloads & listeners in 175 countries), and the founder of this certification program, which has graduated coaches across 13 cohorts who are now leading transformational practices of their own.
I created ILDC because I was called to. And because I believe coaching only changes lives when the coach is grounded in something real, something that doesn’t just help clients feel better for a week but helps them remember who they actually are for a lifetime.

Jen Conroy
Jen is passionate about marrying her expertise in coaching and finance to support high-achieving women step into their worthiness, confidence, and financial well- being. She is a certified Life Designer® coach, as well as a wife and a mom. Additionally, she has spent over 19 years in the corporate world of finances and taxes as a certified public accountant.
Gina Casbarro
Gina is a certified Life Designer® Coach and feng shui expert who empowers her clients to blaze their own paths and design the life and space of their dreams. Gina’s passion for coaching began as a manager at lululemon, where she spent more than eight years there coaching hundreds of people to develop as leaders and crush their goals. Her love of nature, symbolism, and intuition led her to feng shui. She now weaves her passions together to support her clients in aligning their mindset, lifestyle, and environment with their truest goals and values. Gina also hosts the podcast “Follow your Spark” where she interviews people all over the world on what it looks like to create a life you love.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes ILDC different from other coaching certifications?
Most certifications teach you what to do. This one teaches you who to be. The curriculum integrates coaching core competencies, neuroscience, somatic awareness, subconscious pattern clearing, INTUITION framework, and the Intuition Language™ in a way very few programs in the world offer. You won’t just graduate with a credential. You’ll graduate as a genuinely different coach.
Do I need to be a coach already to apply?
No formal background required. What you do need is a genuine calling and a willingness to do your own inner work alongside the curriculum. Many of our graduates came from healing, teaching, therapy, corporate leadership, and real estate before this program became the thing that finally made sense.
When does Cohort 14 begin?
September 30, 2026. Applications are open now. Spots are kept intentionally small to preserve the intimacy and high-touch quality of the program.
What is the Intuition Language™ training included in Cohort 14?
Intuition Language™ is Julie’s original framework, being taught at The Shift Network, which helps people identify exactly how their intuition communicates through body sensation, imagery, inner knowing, and inner voice. Cohort 14 is the first ILDC cohort to include full practitioner-level training in this methodology.
What's the time commitment?
Plan on 4 to 5 hours per week. That includes video modules, weekly live calls, and your 25-hour practicum, 10 of which you’ll complete in class. You’ll also have a Mentor Coach in your corner. Most of our students have full lives, kids, jobs, all of it. The program is designed to work with real schedules.
Is this program board-certified?
While the ILDC certification is not board-certified, you can apply for International Coaching Federation (ICF) recognition through the Portfolio Path. This program meets the rigorous professional standards required for recognized coach credentials.
How is intuition actually taught here? Isn't that kind of...woo?
Fair question. Intuition Language™ is a framework I developed and now teach at Georgetown University and The Shift Network. It’s grounded in neuroscience and somatic research, not wishful thinking. It teaches you how your inner guidance communicates through body sensation, imagery, inner knowing, and inner voice, and how to help your clients access theirs. It’s not woo. It’s a personalized communication system. And once you learn yours, you can’t un-know it.

The investment is $9,997, with a payment plan option of $3,997 down and $555 per month.
