I serve women in their 50’s and beyond going through life changes like divorce, retirement and relationship challenges. I hold sacred space to help women get in touch with their intuition. This allows them to do the next best thing to create their best life from the inside out. I am trained in somatic gentle trauma release to remove blocked energy from their bodies. I also hold an Empowerment Coaching certification from SWAT in Canada and a Heart Coach certification from Annie Lalla and Evan Pagan.
