I was going through a dark night of the soul, ending a marriage with two very young children and facing my own fears, people-pleasing ways, and health crisis. It was during this full-blown breakdown that I found a coach who changed my life. So much so that I trained with him and then enrolled in a master’s degree program for coaching.
I learned the empowering tools, practices, and frameworks that changed the trajectory of my life. This was the beginning of my own awakening to the power of coaching. I listened to the call and felt compelled to coach others to heal and transform their life. So, I left my 9-5 day job as a single mom, changed my entire lifestyle, and became a full-time life coach.
I have never looked back. With over ten years of life coaching under my belt, I have worked with and guided hundreds of individuals, be it executives, entrepreneurs, other coaches, stay-at-home moms, single moms, authors, healers, veterans, CEOs, and retirees.

Students will be exploring their own body wisdom, self-awareness, and intuition and doing a deep dive into their own body and heart intelligence as well as their capacity to be present for their own lives and others. The Coaching Practicum Sessions
Each student will have the opportunity to coach and be coached live with their peers in the program, and individuals outside of the program, to gain a solid understanding and experience using the advanced tools and techniques during the program. Most programs allow for practicing the tools once or twice, but you will repeatedly use them over and over again until you are fully confident and motivated to use them with clients.
