David Conley on How Radical Self-Care Changes Your Life

A few years ago, Dave Conley was working as a tech executive – which he hated. He was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. He had multiple medical issues that his doctor told him, point-blank, would lead to an early death. And he weighed 330 lbs. The one thing that brought him joy was his amazing wife, Carole. One day she caught a cold and three days later he switched off her life-support Through the depth of grief and depression he resolved to live – to live a life worth living.

Over the next three years Dave quit smoking, left his job, lost 150 pounds, and learned to love again. He did this through radical self care – learning to love himself as much as he loved Carole. Now he works with accomplished people who have passion for their work, and have sacrificed their bodies and families for their vocation.

He shows them how radical self care changes not just their bodies, but their whole lives — their careers, relationships, and legacy.Tune in to hear some important tips that can save and help your life! Download the tips for getting better sleep at limitl.es/you.
