Learn to Love Yourself Happy with Shari Alyse
- Shari found that learning to go within, to get still and to meditate is what really helped her to listen and honor her inner voice. She had always heard it but dismissed it and shoved it down with excess food (I know that drill and guessing some of you do as well). By getting quiet and talking to the little girl within, she started to hear what was really needed; to be loved and appreciated.
- The most healing aspect that has changed Shari’s life is giving herself two big hugs every day, and I mean, big ass wholehearted hugs that you would want from your partner or best friend. She also converses with herself and asks constantly what she needs and then listens.
- Instead of running from herself and her emotions, Shari now welcomes them all fully and asks how she can support herself more. This act of radical self-love has changed her life, her health and her aim to help others struggling with self-love.
