How to Love Yourself
First off, I’m so happy and excited you’re here. I have loved recording these solo episodes and am hoping they are adding value, meaning, and impact to your life. Reminding you that you are definitely not alone in overcoming inner struggles and challenges. If you’re listening to this episode, my hunch is that either you or someone you love dearly has struggled with abandoning and attacking yourself. Here’s the thing, sweet friend, this one has deep roots and can wreak way more havoc than realized, including your health and wellbeing. I share my story about how I believe my autoimmune condition is directly related to not speaking my voice for years. All of this stems from doing what I thought others wanted, attacking myself, and abandoning myself when I felt shame, upset, envy, or unworthy. We’re going to talk about how to love yourself and being more kind through compassion.
Tune in to hear ways to identify how you might be abandoning and attacking yourself, how to compassionately and lovingly stop doing it, and ways to come back home to greater alignment, kindness and respect for yourself. It’s about how to love yourself and showing more of this love on a daily basis. As you learn to do this in a real and genuine way, you will have a greater capacity for forgiveness and understanding within yourself and with others. I have found this kind of deep inner child work to be groundbreaking and life-changing.
I share some of my personal struggles and learnings, that I hope help you to make shifts and changes for your highest good. As always, take what you like and leave the rest.
