3 Secrets to Building a Coaching Business
Secret #1
You’re not in a typical business. Focus on building authentic relationships more than you would in any kind of product-based business. We discussed what this means when you have a coaching business and how to create organic and genuine connections with others you can collaborate, partner with, and sometimes work with. If you follow the typical marketing roadmap, you will end up overwhelmed and exhausted.
Secret #2
Speaking of overwhelm, if you find yourself in overwhelm often, you are in the danger zone of losing steam and momentum. You’ve got to learn how to bring in more ease, calm, and focus so that you don’t burn yourself out. Eme and I shared ways to do this that we’ve both used within our coaching business.
Secret #3
Mindset is everything. With a growth mindset and powerful intention, you can build your momentum back and allow the Universe to step in and guide you and your actions. This is a key that took a while for me to understand. If you’re used to being the high achiever worker bee who does everything, you’ll need to learn how to work smarter, not harder. And how to align your mindset with your higher potential and that of your higher self, i.e., your You-est You. This one takes practice, and we shared some practical ways to do this.
