Why I Created the Intuitive Life Designer® Coach Academy
I’ve been a master spiritual life coach for over 15 years — and a psychic intuitive my entire life. I’m also an empath, a highly sensitive soul, and someone who has navigated autoimmune healing while building a soul-led business.
Coaching and intuition didn’t just change my life — they saved it. They became the anchor during my dark night of the soul, and helped me remember who I really am. When I first found coaching, I was a single mom in a 9–5 job, feeling stuck, disconnected, and longing for more.
I followed the nudge, left my job, got my master’s degree in Health & Wellness Coaching, and became a full-time intuitive life coach. Since then, I’ve coached thousands of individuals — from CEOs and healers to stay-at-home moms and veterans — to remember their power, trust their intuition, and design lives they love.
I also became a TEDx speaker, wrote two books (Get a PhD in YOU), launched a top podcast, You-est You®, in 175 countries, and now teaching at Georgetown University.
But the truth is… none of those titles matter as much as this:
