I work with women who are nearing, or in their 60th decade Turn Sexty, not Sixty by shifting their beliefs about aging and their ability to affect it. Collectively we create a new paradigm and begin learning how to youthfully age from the inside out. I help them find their youthful spirit, and develop an ageless mindset resulting in timeless beauty in their “sexties” and beyond. “Sexty is the new Sixty!” I am a certified Intuitive Life Design® Coach (ILDC). I am currently Sexty 8 years young and lead by the example of a healthy lifestyle and embody the codes of SEXTY; A youthful spirit, and ageless mind, merging with the wisdom for crafting age-defying experiences.
