How to Be A Peaceful Mama (or Person) with Natalie Sager and Lindsay Ambrose

Peaceful Mamas: Natalie Sager (The Modern Hippie Mama) and Lindsay Ambrose (EveryDayEveryMom) are cultivating a community of conscious mamas who support one another throughout Mamahood.

They are helping bring awareness into the everyday by tapping into love through compassion and mindfulness. The PeacefulMama Circle is a virtual support and accountability group. They provide specific tools and a useful framework which brings more awareness, presence and fulfillment during the joyful and challenging times of Mamahood.

Their book, Peaceful Mama: the Mind, Body, and Baby Connection launched in May 2018. This is the Manifesto of Conscious Motherhood that new and expecting Mamas have been waiting for. Natalie and Lindsay combine their personal experience as mamas of young children, research and development, and insights from experts to share what happens inside a women when she brings a child into the world—the emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth—and how it can spring her into a more wholehearted, connected and peaceful way of being.
